My sister is 10 years old and has recently been complaining of irritation on her leg so I looked closer and she's got these tiny tiny red dots/spots all over her body except her face. Any ideas what they r ???!!!!?!?

As u can see in the picture they are really small.

I might suspect an allergic reaction to e.g laundry products, shower or bath products or anything else mainly in contact with body rather than face

It doesn't look bad enough to be pityriasis lichenoides chronica which are larger flat spots all over the body, but you might have her see a dermatologist to rule it out.
