What is this on my skin

Hi ive had this on my right side of my ribs on the skin for about 2 months just below the chest. It has'nt changed they just appeared one day and I'm really worried for what they are and was wondering if anyone knew before I go see a doctor

Hi Craig. I had what looks like this on my rib cage for years, and they kept telling me that it was something to do with Lupus. I saw a Dermatologist who said that it was a fungal infection and prescribed Nizoral shampoo to use on that area in the shower. It went after a week or so and has never come back. Hope this helps. It is definitely a fungal infection my daughter suffers with this you will be given a nizarol shampoo lotion to apply to your skin and/or a daktarin cream both work great it is a recurring infection but does not cause any problems no scarring no infection it just comes you use your stuff it goes
