hello i really need help with my skin please see the pictures and comment how should i treat it, no home remedies i need medication please..

i have dark skin cause i live in south america and i have dry skin , my knees look awful and bumpy i think those are the pores , and theyre loosing hair , my arms same thing i dont have any hair and im 18 , and i have some bumps that have been there for like 1 year , and my butt has stretch marks and dark spots and a bumpy feeling , please let me know what you think :D

Have read about darker patches on skin ... Think it could be hormones enzema

Bumps on skin think is just ya skin toughing up round knuckles use moistures.

Different types of skin condition often look alike, and can be difficult or impossible to diagnose via visual examination alone.
