Mindfulness-based Self-Help for Psoriasis-Related Distress in Young People
We would like to find out whether mindfulness skills are helpful for young people who experience psychological distress in relation to having Psoriasis.
Mindfulness is a type of mental training which has been found to improve quality of life and skin clearing for people who have Psoriasis. We hope to see whether an audio course can be used to teach these skills effectively to young people with Psoriasis, who also experience difficulties such as low mood, stress, or anxiety.
