Hello! I have small dots that make me itch a lot and I can't identify what type of eczema this is.

It started off at the seams of my clothes, maybe after I exercised? Then soon, it spread on my back and my arms. Can anyone identify what eczema this is? Please help. Thank you.

Is it like tiny blisters and ferociously itchy? if so it is probably pomphylx eczema. I have a couple of patches on the soles of my feet. See your GP in the first instance and consider changing your washing powder. I now use Fairy non-bio and have had fewer problems.
