I am exasperated by this O.C.D. There are times I feel I can't cope. But I soldier on...

Hi Cmbs, I completely understand where you are coming from. It's like peaks and valleys for me at the moment. I'm supposed to return to work tomorrow after some sick leave due to ocd flare up and I'm not sure if I can face it. 😔

No therapist but am on medication.
