I have known a couple people who have used TMS therapy for major depression, but is there anyone on this forum who has done the OCD treatment protocol? I'm pretty far along in the process of understanding and starting it, but still haven't heard a first-hand account. Thanks in advance!

TMS for OCD
Well, a first hand- account in this case is quite difficult to specify, because there are PLENTY OF FIRST-CASE REASONS for why a neurosurgical operation is needed. In my own experience, I can say you need to be evaluated by a group of experts who have specialty for this type of treatment.
TMS is non-invasive. I've been evaluated and approved, I just wanted to hear if anyone could share their experience!
I have considered TMS OCD. It requires 28 to 30 treatments so 5 weeks in succession. The treatment takes about 20 minutes per treatment. Medicare now approves it. I is reported to be helpful for resistant OCD. The report more than 50 % reduction in symptoms.
It would be great to hear from someone who
Has had this treatment as you requested. Hope this helped.
Hi. Very nice and interesting to hear that you will be able have TMS. Do hope you will get help from it.
