Hello, It has been quite some time since I posted in this community, but I was thinking of you all and wanted to pop in and say "Hi!".
I miss posting here and doing Wellness Wednesdays. I was considering starting up a weekly or bi-weekly post again. If I did, I was wondering what you all would find most helpful.

Hi Alex, good to have you back. I like having a question or topic posed every couple of weeks where people could chime in with their experiences, similar to what you did before with Wellness Wednesdays. Participation always seems to be spotty but sometimes a thread seems to really strike a chord. I suppose much of the time people are either busy struggling with their own OCD or enjoying the freedom of recovery -- hence not always a lot of motivation to discuss OCD just for the sake of it. But I often enjoy the opportunity and I usually learn things.
Awwww it’s no problem. I took a step back while my son was in his very dependent toddler stage, but things have changed and he’s more independent now 😊
