My room is a disaster, and I cleaned it, but something doesn't feel right! I've reorganized it and everything, but something is still so off! I've tried and tried to ignore it, but it itching inside of my skin. It's making me freak out so much!! My room barely even looks the same now, but something is so off! OMG!!!!

The best would be if you can leave your room for a while -- take a walk for an hour?
It is an OCD trap to feel the need for the feeling of completion. People without OCD just stop doing something inline with variables such as, how much time they have, how tired they are or whatever resources they have available.
