I’m so sorry you are going through this. I am having ocd over turning right at a potential stop sign and feeling like I murdered everyone who was behind me when I turned right and possibly infront of me too. I can’t stop these thoughts and I am convinced that I am a murderer even if there is no actual proof that the cars and bicycle that was behind me got into accidents after I turned abrubtly. I am feeling like I want to die. I don’t want to live as a murderer. I am crying all day and miserable. I am so sad that I ruined it all and I ruined my family’s lives by doing that and ruined all future happiness for myself and those who love me. And also the people I potentially killed due to turning right.

It sounds like you are suffering from false memory OCD... I suffer from the same thing in thinking I harmed someone... just wanted you to know your not alone.. I just started seeing a therapist to begin erp for it and crossing my fingers it works
