I’m So Tired

So I’ve had a crush on this girl for about two years now, and I recently noticed that I had started to develop this unwanted “obsession” towards her. That being said, I decided to try to take a few steps back from all of it, and as I noticed that the “obsession” has started to lessen, I also noticed a sense of tiredness. This has definitely happened before with other crushes. I develop an unwanted “obsession”, and then I get tired, and before I know it I’m trying to remove them from my life because of how tired I’ve gotten. I don’t want that to happen with this girl. She’s really different and I like it...I like her. I’ve tried allowing the thoughts to just come and go as they please but I’m not sure if it’s actually working. Any advice on how to get the thoughts to subside??
