Hey, what's up . Nothing will happen. Believe in god and take help from friends. You will surely succed in defeating it
I know the feeling. Seems like we are in a similar situation
I feel for you, you are in a no-win situation.
In general, dealing with OCD seems to involve a trade-off between gains and losses, (achievement of real pleasure vs. fear, pain or loss) for example - if one 'hits bottom' and comes to a conclusion that OCD is unbearable any more, they may have enough incentives to overcome their fear of treatment and finally go for it.
So consider your specific situation; if you think honestly about the dynamic you outlined, you'll realize that 'contacting him more than he wants' will probably cause what you fear: the end of the relationship... so you are better off resisting the urge, right?
Good luck, I hope you are getting CBT therapy
