Has anyone had any positive results, using CBD, 5HTTP , fishoil, Onnit? Does anyone take these types of supplements/vitamins? What are your experiences or thoughts?

5HTP can be dangerous By it’s self or if you are on other medications. It can have serious side effects.

Some have found CBD to be helpful.

I take fish oil daily for other reasons, not for anxiety, more general health.

Always talk to you doctor before starting a supplement, not everything out there is good for you. 😎

Yes, with enough of elemental(!) magnesium (in my case from magnesium citrate). However, you should know that things don't work well for all people, and if you feel that something is not working for you, you should stop.

Well, I tried CBD at one point it did seems to help a bit, and would reduce the anxiety a little bit, but I haven't really tried it for a while.
