Hello everyone,

May is mental Health Awareness Month. A month in which we acknowledge that many around the world have a mental illness/disorder, are dealing with shame or stigma, and are in need of resources.

In our little OCD community we know that this disorder is greatly misunderstood causing many to suffer in silence. We want you to know that YOU ARE NOT ALONE and YOU CAN OVERCOME!
