Social distancing does not have to get in the way of your OCD treatment because TELETHERAPY IS AVAILABLE.

Teletherapy is when therapy sessions are done remotely via video teleconferencing service (zoom, Skype, etc..).

The IOCDF has created a list of mental health professionals that are providing this service. This resource is especially valuable during this time of COVID-19, which can trigger our anxiety/OCD.

To find teletherapy providers search this link: iocdf.org/ocd-finding-help/...

Are you doing teletherapy at this time? Has it been helpful, or do you prefer face to face sessions?
