OCD telling me I want bad thoughts?

Does anyone else ever feel like your OCD is telling you that you really want the bad thoughts, even though you would rather be dead? I'm just really sick of this and am feeling quite lost. Wanted to know if anyone else deals with this.

OCD is a blame bully.

Any symptoms that happen to me, OCD seems to blame me, that I had started certain

obsessions.

It makes me very frustrated.

But this is the reaction OCD wants from me.

Instead, we just accept the thoughts as they come.

Do not have conversations with OCD about your bad thoughts.

Try to sit with the anxiety about the bad thoughts.

The thoughts will slowly fade away at its own pace.

I know this is not easy.

But I go through this constant daily struggle with bad OCD thoughts.

Hope you feel better.
