hello - I’m new here and hoping to learn from those who have been on this journey before me. My husband was diagnosed with MSA-C a little over 3 years ago. After 3 serious falls and breaking his hips he seems to have gone downhill fast. I can barely understand his speech now and he can’t walk and he is bedridden but fully aware and cognitive skills intact. He also has a full time catheter. I’m wondering where he is in the progression of this disease and will he bounce back from this latest fall.
