Unfortunately for us none of them worked.

For a while we thought so but in reality they did nothing.

Jon is much more comfortable just using hyoscine, paracetamol and ibuprofen

I am wondering if they do anything as these meds are more a Parkinson’s medication but movements are better without awaiting for a call from the Parkinson’s nurse but unfortunately she away till end of February.

HelloSorry these symptoms are so severe as they make everything so difficult and tiring aswell as painful. My husband had madopar 2 hourly or less with variable benefits but overall was better with than without. His Consultant then added Trihexyphenydil which really helped a lot but it had to be increased in dose and frequency over time to doses higher than usual . We also found the syrup more effective as absorbed better than tablets. He didn't have the facial movements but did have problems with vision and sore dry eyes . He tried several different eye drops and used these 2 hourly too. I hope something can be found to help or ease things.

It is difficult decision and weighing up what symptoms he can cope best with at the moment he seem to cope better with stiffness.
