runny nose

it’s particularly bad today. I don’t have a cold. It’s usually solved by blowing my nose after showering or occasionally eating but today it’s constantly dripping. Any advice?

Most likely you have post nasal drip, as I do. I saw a specialist he put me on a nasal spray, Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray, suspension which I take once in the morning and once at night. Also a tablet to take at night, Montelukast 10 mg film-coated tablets. Completely cleared my constant blowing of nose and a cough that often went with it. Completely cleared it for me. Speak to you Doc, definitely worth a try, 😊
