hi I wonder if anyone has had a problem with their eyes. I’ve been to an optician and he has said that my eyelids get stuck to my eyeball which makes them painful when I move them he said this is caused by dry patches on my eyes as anyone else had this problem regards Chris.

Hi Chris, R has been suffering with dry eyes recently and has had massive problems taking his contact lens out. He went to his optician last week who didn’t think there was a link with Parkinson’s (R has confirmed Parkinson’s). I have seen that some people use a moisturising eye drop to alleviate the dryness, might be worth a try?
no but we suffer with a closed eye lid. Closed so so tight the lid turns on itself.
yes! I have very dry eyes despite using artificial tears lubricants and hot compresses recommended by the optician.
I was told by the hospital that it was common with MSA. Worth asking the MSA Trust nurses?
