Morning, my friend tried this, she has dropped head syndrome. She had a twenty minute session and a couple of weeks later had an hour session. It didn't help her and made her feel weird so she decided against more but that's not to say it won't help you everyone is different.

My husband hasn't tried acupuncture, but I do take him to see an Osteopath. He finds this very beneficial.

Hi Andy Jack, my wife has a lot of 'coathanger' pain now as she cannot hold her head up all the time (most of the time really). A local acupuncturist comes to the house once a week to do a treatment. I am not sure if it is having any physical improvement but I think it is beneficial to her mental health as it is something positive that is actually being done if you see what I mean (not a particularly good explanation). All the best Andrew.

Hi, my wife Susan had acupuncture about a year ago I did work. And then she had a second lot of injections abut 6 weeks later. I think both times Susan had about 10 injections each time. We had to pay £660 for the first lot and the £220 for the next lot of injections as the NHS would not do this for neck pain. Good luck hope it works.

it seems to give some relief if limited, I am still going back again if that is any indicator
