Had it mainly in hand on badly effected left side, occasionally left foot. Try heating or cooling e.g. wet flannel or try massage/rubbing.

Hi Trudy,

I cannot take Gabapentin any longer as it causes my feet to swell.

Are Lidocaine patches available where you are? Lifesaver for me.

I get pins an needles at night in both hands and feet. I tend to rub them to get the blood moving which helps it to go but I've not found a way of stopping it starting, if you get my gist! I wonder whether its dehydration that makes it worse as I tend to get cramps at the same time?

Not what you're looking for?
