General unwell feeling

Hi Everyone

Recently I'm beginning to have a general feeling of being unwell, symptoms aside, it's akin to a constant reminder that your bodies saying "Hey I'm not right. "

I'm ok with that and can deal with it but just curious.

Thanks yet again,

Alec

hi Alec!

I’m having a day/week like that too. I’ve decided to have a PJ day. I’m putting it down to our recent trip away.

Take it easy 😊

Agree with other comments-any change of routine has that effect.

Also the heat (sadly!) tends to make one’s body a bit reluctant to cooperate

I think it's like this - as the disease progresses and symptoms get worse and more numerous there is increased stress as the body tries to adapt to compensate. In addition there will be increased conscious effort one has to exert such as concentrating on walking as balance may be worse.

My wife has exactly the same, some days she feels really unwell and others just the regular symptoms

I have had this for quite some time Alec , it feels a bit like like having the flu. I'm generally sore in my muscles and an all over "achy" feeling. It often seems worse when I wake up. I take painkillers which help a bit.
