The 4 Counties MSA Support Group meets on the the first Wednesday of every month at 2pm to 3:30pm.

It will be a Zoom meeting with guests and, of course, the usual chat amongst ourselves.

We have a couple of guests. Gill Jubb is a Neuro Physiotherapist and some of you will have met her before. Gill is available to answer any questions you may have as she has a huge range of experience with individuals with a range of neurological conditions. Gill also plans to spend some time talking about Caring for the Carer - particularly things such as looking after your back and ensuring you have the mental support you may need.

Rachael Veitch is the Engagement Officer for Healthwatch Gloucestershire. Rachael will give an overview of the work of Healthwatch and her current project. She is very interested in hearing your experiences of using health and care services with the aim of improving the service for all.

Our very own Sam Fitzgerald, the MSA Trust’s Social Welfare Specialist will be with us as always. In these so difficult times, Sam is able to give advice to ensure you are receiving all the benefits that are due to you

Regular members will already have received an email with the link to join. If you're not already a member and want to join us and you live in the four counties (OX/WR/HR/GL), or close by; then get in touch with the MSA Trust support office for details or contact me through Chat (Click on the Chat icon above).

See you on Wednesday, take care, Ian
