The next 4 Counties Digital MSA Support Group meeting is on WEDNESDAY 2nd December at 2pm.
We have a Christmas theme to this month’s meeting. Let’s chat about what we've planned (or not) for Christmas. What will be your difficulties and can others help? How will you make the most of Christmas this very different year?
Our 'resident physio' will be at the meeting talking about 'Ten things we can all do at Christmas to protect our carer’s backs'.
We look forward to seeing our regulars, however if you've not joined us before and you live in or near one of the 4 Counties (GL/HR/OX/WR), you will be very, very welcome. Just reply to this post or get in touch with support at the MSA Trust office.
