Welcome to New Members

I thought I would put a hand out to any new members who may have joined this site in these strange times. With face to face contact becoming more and more difficult, we are all relying on the good old internet and telephone far more than we ever thought we would.

None of us wanted this and yet none of us wanted the beast of MSA either and as we all have said so often on this site 'Welcome' albeit we're sorry you have to be here.

Hopefully new members will find this forum useful and supportive. It's a place to ask those questions you just don't seem to get answered, it's a place to have a rant if life is getting you down; and sadly, its a place to have a cry if sadness overtakes your life.

It's also a place to have some fun! What are you doing to pass the time or how are you coping with these increasing restrictions. If you're new to the site, please pop a post up and tell us what you're doing.

Take care, stay safe, Ian

My partner is planning to do a vlog about living with MSA and has asked me to join in and sing a song with him on it 😩

for us this new social distancing is not new. Less going out shopping for food is new for me, so I am learning to think and prepare. Plus we dug out our backgammon board from the back of the attic! And I got my Wii fit stuff plugged in again

Wiifit was recommended for Victor - we got a second hand outfit and it helped a lot with his balance...and my fitness . It was fun to run with distant family members .......bit like now really
