thank you for your answer and a thought, but, as I understand it only kills cancerous cells but not all. I guess we need further understanding of this therapy/treatment.

Hello, Hydogen Peroxide was used to clean very sloughy wounds years ago, but unfortunately it could also cause damage to good tissue.I have not heard of this being used to treat cancer cells, but I may be wrong.

For those interested its worth googling 'hydrogen peroxide cancer treatment warning' and reading article on cancertutor.com which gives insight. I must admit I'd never heard of it.

I really appreciate your thought on this topic of Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy/treatment warning. My question is what warning we have on all chemo, radiation and other treatments? It does not mean if we never heard of something that is not there and is not good for us. There are many studies, articles, therapies, treatments there available to treat cancer and have many warnings because as we all know they kill cancer cells and good healthy cells too and that many cancer patients die not because cancer cells killed them, but because their healthy organs are destroyed with these treatments. Therefore, one has to wonder and ask questions. What are we doing and where are going with our treatments that we are on for our MPD's. And Yes, I went on the link you have suggested and found interesting article on this topic of that there are treatments there available for curing the cancer successfully but are not used because they are not profitable, etc.. Interesting!!

This is interesting as a friend gave me a book called the one minute cure to most diseases and Hydrogen Peroxide (Oxygen) is the answer in the book... Did you find out anything else or try it? I haven't finished reading the book yet.. Would love to discuss and 100% agree cancer and chemo is a Billion £ industry, they don't want to find a cure.. I am all for alternative health and have many amazing people on my journey. Be great to connect - we are not that far away from each other either :)

Yes Light I agree entirely with what youre saying but I suppose some of the choices are partly to do with what our medicators feel works the best across the board. And as you piont up some potential treatments may go untapped because they do not make a profit for an organisation, I have looked at the costings of a years Jakafi and the figures quoted were between 37 and 42k a year, however I believe it is a very specific drug with high development cost - most US patients will be covered via insurance, but in the UK who funds it.

Sometimes I hear of alternative treatments which dont involve chemo and I would be happy to give it a go coz I hate swallowing poison pills every day. There are clinics in mexico which claim good success rates there is info on cancer uk site but as they can operate outside the law so to speak they too come with a health warning. One such treatment is natural and called the Gerson Diet. Sounds great for vegetarians maybe. Anyway in the meantime it seems most of us are 'happy' to go along with recognised treatments as we trust those treating us to do the best they can for us but maybe people will start to want and demand different approaches to chemo etc. Who knows.

Thank you for your thoughts and support on this topic. One thing I am not happy with taking Hydroxicarbomide among other less toxic medication, knowing what is doing to my healthy cells and organs and I continue to search for the cure, knowing that there is one there coz as we know now we just have to find one and challenge our doctors to go with us. As doctors have to pledge, " Do not harm"?? And I mean most of doctors do have the best intentions but I feel that they need to start thinking out of box more not just go with pharmaceuticals, what they suggest. Do you know in US if doctors provide some very good and powerful supplements (not one bought over counter) but one that are good, to support our vitamin deficiency and our healthy organs and cells? In UK the doctors that I am with they don't give you any supplements and when you ask them they just suggest taking some.

In UK NHS is the one that pays for the medication and once I was told that is very expensive, but did not know the figure.

I came across very interesting video for movie called Thrive, go to youtube and watch it if you like. There are some interesting and powerful information there. I hope that this will work, Thrive youtube.com/watch?v=lEV5AFF...

Hi Light, I have passed your query to Prof Harrison and she has advised that it's toxic to deliver to the bone marrow. So not a conventionally acceptable treatment. Kind regards, Maz on behalf of MPD Voice

Thank you so much for your and Prof. Harrison answer and advice, but forgive me for getting confused here as to this procedure being toxic to be deliver to bone marrow and, but Hydroxicarbomide is not? As far I understand this drug is rather toxic too and does affect all my body and healthy cells/organs. I also understand that some doctors would think of it as not as bad, but bottom line it is toxic. The fact is that there are some good and successful cures out there available for cancer treatment that are much kinder and not killing us if cancer does not. One can not help but wonder and seek for better and healthier ways of treatments that could cure us. I know that they are available and that our doctors need to focus on that path of treating MPD patients.I know that now days there some very successful stem cell (extracted from your own blood), treatments available and been even used for MPD patients, in treating different conditions, including and curing hip OA, (as for me) among other treatments. I would like this information reach Prof. Harrison and that she would consider to get this information from the doctor who is successfully treating patients including me. Kind regards, Light
