Myelofibrosis and electrical stimulation

I have post pv Myelofibrosis. I had a lacuna stroke 2.5 years ago before pv was discovered. My hand is constricting more and I am thinking of having some electrical stimulation to help (done by professional). I only have hand issues and mild wrist weakness. I will as my mpn professional but will have to wait some weeks.

has anyone else done this or been advised against. Tia

are you in any interferon? The Besremi caused terrible constricting and pain on my fingers, weakness on the wrists. Painful feet and right knee, where I’ve had orthopaedic problems before. After stopping all went away in 3-5 weeks.
