A little discouraging, but informative.

These plots show the result graphically. Same less or more fibrosis (BMF) didn't matter on survival.

Any difference actually pointed to negative effect of reducing fibrosis, but not statistically signif.

Brings up a question: If BMF is not relevant, might VAF be? Some MF pts do get a VAF response. I'm not aware of any study with this endpoint.
