Splenomegaly and Interferon

Hi! Did anyone who has been treated with Interferon for PV or MF and got their allele burden down see any reduction in splenomegaly? And if so, to what extent?

I have been on Pegasys since Aug 2021. My jak2 has dropped from 88% down to 32% and my spleen Has gone from 14.5 cm long to 12.2 cm long. I started at 90 mcg per week and slowly moved down to 45 mcg every three weeks. I feel very fortunate that Pegasys works for me with no bad side effects.
