44 year old with ET jak2. I am on 81mg daily aspirin only. I have nasal polyps and mild asthma. I have not been able to smell for years. Is anyone with ET taking Dupixent? My ENT thinks it would be my best treatment option. If you are can you let me know what your experience with it is?

I prescribe dupixent all the time!!!! I love this drug!!!! I can’t think of any reason you couldn’t try it as far as the ET goes. Safety on it is amazing. Can give it to a 6mo baby! Biggest issues are dry eyes, muscle aches. I can’t see how it would affect you platelets but I think it would be good maybe to check them like 1 mo after starting and then 3 mos maybe to be safe but that maybe overkill. I don’t check any labs on that drug, not necessary. I will give samples and just start it in the office. And if it is for polyps I am just making a guess but you maybe able to get off of it. Don’t be scared of it. If I needed it I wouldn’t hesitate to try it. I prescribe it for skin issues, but I foresee dupixent getting more indications as it goes along. If you have any specific questions please feel free to ask. And if I can’t answer I can ask the rep for this drug. I see him all the time!!!!
