2022 diagnostic criteria for MPNs

I might have posted this before- apologies for double posting if so -but it’s a good clear explanation of the currently accepted diagnostic criteria for the various MPNs. I have PMF, and have never had an enlarged spleen -so I was interested to find that an enlarged spleen isn’t an essential criterion.
