Forgot to say 3 days after high blood pressure had it done at gp. Its back to normal. Shows what getting in flap does !!!

I was in the ER on one occasion, in a lot of pain and very stressed out. This was before the erythrocytosis was under control. I pegged something like 205/110. They gave me a very special RED bracelet and kept a very close eye on me. Stress and pain can very definitely spike your BP. The BP went down when the pain was relieved.

Glad your BP dropped back down. Hope the stress and BP stay under control.

Im having thyroid re tested tommow, as feel i react more easily when it is out of balance.

Have undractive thyroid

Inegrated appointment confirmed what my Aurvedic practitioner is recomending is good.

So happy its on my NHS records .
