how to obtain this app

hi all help,

I didn’t download this app. Someone at an MPN forum kindly did it for me.

I’ve suggested to a few people that this site but for other chronic conditions could be beneficial but they are unable to find and download it.

Any suggestions would be great.

I couldn't find an app when I looked, but googled health unlocked. You can then click on the 3 dots.....top right....and then add to home screen in the drop down box...hope that makes sense x
