Nutriplanet.org I find it foolproof but others have not been successful. I guess I'm a fool!!

Couple of tips . Use a bit of kefir or yoghurt or kombucha ,not much to replace some water.

Leave to ferment for longer if you have time . And hemp seeds are good in it

It says to rise in a warm oven for at least 7 hours. My husband would have a fit if I had the oven on that long. Is there another way to raise the bread, Mostew?

Yes. I just leave to ferment slowly. If its winter, longer . Even a day and night and next morning .
