in may they increased my hydroxy to 10 per week as my counts were raised on weds my results were normal wbc and 414 platelets really please have to stay on 10 per week as they are working

That’s great to hear. I started on HU 4 months ago and has taken lots of gradual adjustments to get below 400. 16 a week suddenly started working when previously 14 was doing nothing…..funny how it just seems to kick in

thank you. Yes it’s a year next month I was diagnosed with triple negative ET and the extra chemo drugs a week has lowered my counts and first time time normal wbc

Excellent news. At the beginning of the year I was on 3/day which my body couldn't tolerate. Dropped to 2/day and now 1/day with 2 M,W,F. Amazingly, my numbers dropped. It is interesting how this drug works for some. Best wishes and good luck

Are you referring to 10 as capsules? That would be 5000mgs weekly?
