I was already on a statin and hematologist saw list of my medications and did not say anything negative.

I've been on statins for the last 15 years and no probs taking them while I've been on Hydroxy for the last 2 years I take mine before I go to bed...

I've never gained any weight while on statins after all these year on them 👍

I’ve been on statins for 17 yrs. I’ve always had a weight issue. No I don’t think they contribute to weight gain.

I’m afraid it’s a must all I want to do is lay down. I fight fatigue by exercising

My Haematolygist put me on Atorvastatin I’m on 1500 mg of hydroxycarbamide daily to

I am on hydroxycarbamide and statins I have managed to lose 8 lbs in 3weeks on mediterrean diet +walking and yoga age 71

Well done! I do pilates every day, but still need to do more walking.

yes, I was on statins before diagnosis.

I was prescribed statins after ET diagnosis. GP checked with haematologist.
