What does everyone use to track your health, symptoms, side effects, medication, etc? Do you use a spreadsheet or App? Would you be willing to share what you use? I want to start tracking more diligently and would love any tips. Thx!

hey! Someone posted a great link to help score and record your symptoms. It was a digital questionnaire. I’ll have a look thru the feed as well 😊
This is the link to the Voices of MPN tracking tool. mpntracker.voicesofmpn.com/
I have not used it. I track all of my labs using patient portals. I do not track symptoms per se, but I have a pretty indolent case of PV. Lots more trouble with systemic inflammation issues, which are trickier to track.
Are you connected to My Care at your hospital? Everyone 's notes in our hospital RDE Exeter are all computerized now and when they finally went over to this system rather than notes, patients could also join 'my care' whereby we can access the results of our blood tests, after visit summaries.letters from our specialists and haematology doctors etc.Although results of blood tests are usually late coming through (I always get them when I have a transfusion or appointment) it's a great record of everything and Iit can be accessed any time. Not all hospitals in the UK have this yet. Also I keep a diary....began when first diagnosed with MF but have other health issues too.
Sorry if this is long winded!!

Yes I have something similar, I guess I just wanted something more in depth where I can record my dosage each day and side effects/symptoms so its all documented. I just might have to keep a journal as well Thx!
I have some pdf forms I use sometimes. If you want to privately send me an email address I can share them. I actually usually just devote a desk calendar to medical stuff, but the forms would be less bulky.
My health app on iPhone and Apple Watch are fantastic for basic health monitoring data. Also have medication reminders and symptoms.
