Rux and heartburn

Has anybody else who takes Rux experienced heartburn as a new experience?I have been taking Rux for one year, prior to that Hydrea for two years, and aspirin for the three years. I have never in my life had heartburn before . It's worse after eating dairy but happens with nearly all food, also have a burning sensation when swallowing hot drinks. I eat a healthy diet - mostly Mediterranean.

Would like to work out the cause before I go down the medication road. Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks

I’ve been Rux 5 years and no more heartburn than before, maybe once twice a year, everyone is different though, having studied diet for decades my conclusion is dairy maybe not good for adults generally but everyone to their own
