From my reading it applies to non-PV conditions: "The latter (2ndary non-PV type) includes a review of medications associated with erythrocytosis:... antidiabetic agents (sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 [SGLT-2] "

And JAK2 wild-type erythrocytosis means Jak2 v619f negative (without usual PV mutation) It points to high Hb (erythrocytosis) of non-PV type.

It seems to point out a certain medicines as able to cause non-PV erythrocytosis.

I have not read it in detail.
