I can't answer as to how much is needed to replace aspirin since my naturopathic doctor instructed me to take nattokinase in addition to my daily 81mg aspirin. I was told to take 1 capsule twice daily of Xymogen brand nattokinase. (2 capsules is a serving and equals100mg and 20,000 FU/g.

As it acts in same way i would like to try stopping asprin.

I stopped taking the Aspirin because it's problematic in the stomach. Although, I will take if I need it. Instead of Aspirin I take Vitamin K2 (with 3,000 iu's of Vitamin D) and Vitamin E by AC Grace (400 iu's). Recovering from heart failure, so far so good. (Still taking the BP meds untilI Im out of the woods.)

Glad it is working well. Did someone recommend taking vitK.?The post is quite old . How come you just found it ?

Sorry. I just seen your reply. Personal research led me to K2. I've since then discovered Niacin 500mg (Time released) which works quite well for mood and well being.
