I use a cooler bag of 1-2 of the ice packs the Besremi is shipped with. There are travelling kits made for insulin that also work. The cooler bag I use is the type people use for lunches. I would upgrade if it was a really long trip.

Hope you have a great trip.

I just bought a lunch bag from Whole Foods Market. It is great for a short trip <12 hours. I would go with 2 ice packs if on the longer side. If I needed to do a longer trip, I would opt for a heavy-duty bag like a Yeti. smile.amazon.com/YETI-Daytr...

Happy travels

Look for company called 4all family. They have cooler for insulin but it is also good for besetting or Pegasys.

I use a Dison thermos made for insulin. It has a digital thermometer in it.

I use one or two of the frozen gel-ice packs that the Besremi comes shipped with.

I don’t have this because this Besremi is from Austria. Thanks

They are readily avaialbe nearly everywhere since they are so commonly used for cooler bags. I expect Tesco or a similar store will have them. They are often right by the cooler bags.

Here is just one example.

Do you go to a pharmacy to pick up your Besremi?

Here in the States Besremi is only available through specialty pharmacies that ship the med to your home. It comes in a thick styrofoam packing container that has two frozen gel packs in it.

If you do pick your Besremi up at a pharmacy then I would expect they know how to travel with a med that needs refrigeration. Perhaps they can help.

My hospital send Besremi to my local pharmacy and I take it there. Thanks

Do you actually take the Besremi at the pharmacy? If so, that would be inconvenient. I am shipped two doses at a time and store them at home. I take them at a time at my own convenience. The specialty pharmacy is very good about making sure I always have a supply ready to go.

Hope you have found a suitable travel kit for your Besremi.
