Platelets and contraceptive pills?

Hi good day,

I read that contraceptive pills can cause platelet aggregation, does it applies also if it’s an emergency contraception?

Am I risking myself if I take it once?

I would appreciate you experience on this.

Plan B (emergency contraception) doesn't contain estrogen so that removes the risk of blood clots.
