As I read it, yes, we should have a fifth dose, and should have it 3 months after our fourth dose. I will be doing the same as I did to get the fifth dose, going to a walk in vaccine centre with my letter from haematology and my vaccine card

This is from the NHS booking page. Section under Spring Boosters suggests can be booked at 91 days but suggests wait 6 months. I’ll be looking at something in between I think although Blood Cancer UK say don’t wait.
Thank you for this link. I've just booked appts for spring boosters for my husband (aged 75) and myself (73 with PV) in next few weeks with no problems 're location or dates/times! This is totally contrary to official UK advice to wait until invited so just shows how disorganised the system is. Maybe many people without immunity problems feel it isn't necessary but I am assuming one can't have too much vaccine (this will be my fifth). I have telephone chat with consultant due next week so will add this to my list of things to check with her ......,,,,,
It is possible to book your 5th dose online (see link in above post by Bluesloth1) if you are in England. I have managed to book mine for 3 months after 4th in a couple of weeks time.
