PharmaEssentia said a while ago they would charge in US the same as the highest rate that they are getting in Euro. But that's not very informative. I expect it will be more than PEG in general partly bec it is the only FDA approved MPN INF.
But since it is FDA approved for an MPN while PEG is not, it is more likely to be covered. My guess is a specific Dx of PV is helpful but things can be flexible from what I know. Also I've read that cancer drugs in general are more likely to be covered.
Thanks, I guess we'll just have to wait it out. I see my mpn specialist on Dec 7 hopefully he will have some info on cost. Thank you for keeping us informed.
