Positive for Covid

Good evening,

I have tested positive for Covid and I have ET Jack2. I am only on aspirin 75 mg and my last count of platelets were 430.

My symptoms are very mild. I am just worried about blood clothes .Thank you for your answers!

Are you able to get monoclonal antibody treatment? My hematologist recommended I get it if I got Covid. How quickly can you speak with your doctor? My understanding is it is important to get it as soon as possible after diagnosis. I am so sorry!

Hi When I had covid in August my haematologist didn't have any extra advice, just to keep well hydrated. Hope you feel better soon Best wishes

Thank you very much for your reply. I have spoken with specialist nurse and she discussed the problem with the haematologist. They said to continue with my aspirin and paracetamol if needed. I haven't been too bad honestly. In 2 days I am finishing my self isolation. In this moment i have an upsetting upper back pain wich I had it back in April. Don't know if is my ET or Covid is bringing a "contribution" to this. Stay safe everyone!
