Lightheaded, rheumatology appointment

Hi from last week or so ive been getting quite lightheaded alot in days only latest a few seconds some days I get worse than other days few headaches aswell but nothing major been in phone to doctors, book in for a eye test to see if any changes book in Monday for blood pressure check if high say then going to montior blood pressure for a week getting my blood done again Monday also to see if got enough vimitims ds which doctors ask me to get 1000mg 6 weeks ago then to make a follow appointment with the doctors afterwards, had appointment today with rheumatology there now made a referral threw for me to have an appointment with rheumatology patients ward so got to wait tell 8th July if ive not heard nothing by then then fircme to ring up,ive Gmail my haematology senior nurse about lightheaded she says could be due by my platelets being on 700 but if I get any other symptoms which she made me aware off tbut probably won't get them ,think just need to rule out why sometimes I get bad lightheaded then other days just light light headed but not gone away from last week but not been has bad 2 days ago could it be due to my platelets rising to 700 or something else? I’m very sensitive to my platelets rising- anything above 450 I’m breathless and lethargic. Platelets do fluctuate just maybe when they rise they step over your tolerance threshold. Good luck.

Are you drinking plenty of water?

Hi thankyou for replying back to me and yes could be due to platelets rising higher on some days has I get bad and not so bad days being lightheaded but I do get lightheaded everyday but some days are worser than others and yes I drink around about 2 litres of water a day but I still wake up threw night dehydrated so I most need more water than 2 litres so then hopefully am not waking up threw night wanting water every so often.thanks.Xx

Had my eye test done my eyes are healthy so not related to lightheaded going get blood pressure done tomorrow and bloods done again, then got a appointment with rheumatology face to face on 19th July thought was over the telephone but that was just to referral me to go in so that gurd then Xx
