hello and welcome to our forum. I am so sorry to know that you are feeling so tired all the time and that it is affecting the things that you love doing. Which MPN do you have?
We have some information on our website that might help you with the fatigue

I am so sorry to hear of your debilitating condition-I have ET Essential Thrombocythaemia-(another form of blood cancer) am 76 and don't have children etc etc but I also find things harder now -love walking and socialising -but these things also make me v ery tired.Just take each day as it comes-try not to overdo things-explain to your family how you are -don't hide how you feel! Hope this site will help you .Good Luck
Sorry to read you are struggling with fatigue. Yes I can relate. I don't know if this will help but I seem to have more energy in the mornings, I walk my dogs and do housework and gardening when the energy is there. I know the fatigue will arrive but instead I try to plan my day around it. I also exercise with a u tube channel and this seems to help with my joints. Yes life has changed. Don't be too hard on yourself, enjoy your grandchildren and great grandchildren and take care. I hope things get easier for you.
