So i made the effort to get off my bum and booked my myself a treat. A reflexology appt. First appt so go through the usual consultation of health and meds and areas of focus. It was so much more than i expected i feel better than i usually do. But the joy came when she wanted me to have a special weekend and said to treat myself to a takeaway and wouldnt let me pay her, we had a little cry of happy tears. What a beautiful thing to do. Cant wait for my next appt (and i will be defo paying) i must find a way to pay it forward from today 😊 have a restful weekend everyone x

What a delight! We all deserve that sort of treat now and again. I go to see a talented massage therapist on a regular basis. It helps both physical and mental health. Wishing you many more such positive experiences.

Hi Marchhare7, I have not been to reflexology for a decade or more. I have had good results in the past too. Maybe I will make an appointment sometime soon. Lovely to hear your report of human kindness. Have a great day.
