Testing for All have now informed me that my sample was “too old” although they say a sample must be analysed within three days of collection and they sent me an email to confirm they had received my sample the day after I sent it

I have therefore accepted their offer of a free replacement kit. I think that is fair so I’m telling you all that they seem to be a reasonable company to deal with. (I have no financial interest in the company)

I think I will delay sending the next one back until after the bank holiday. If/when I get some results I will post them here to complete the saga 😂

Hope you have better luck with this one. . Sometimes if something gets off on the wrong foot it seems to trip up once or twice more before fallng flat on its face. . I think it's fair play that they offered and you accepted a replacement. Good Luck !
